The aesthetics of Ballet through anatomy and diverse training for dancers aged seven and up! This intensive include Myofascial Release, Discovering Repertoire, Floor Barre, Progressions, Pre-Pointe and Pointe Work, Injury Prevention, RAD Vocabulary and Techniques, Progressive Ballet Technique.
