Beyond Ballet Dance Intensive // Jr. Competitive

This summer dance intensive exposes dancers to the aesthetics of ballet through anatomy and diverse training techniques. The program for this five day intensive includes the following:
- Myofascial Release
- Floor Barre
- Progressions (Jumps and Turns)
- Pre-Pointe Work (Foot Care and Strengthening)
- Injury Prevention
- RAD Vocabulary and Techniques (Character Work/RAD Variations/Studies)
- Character
- Tap
Beyond Ballet Junior Dance Intensive includes programming for:
- Junior // Students that are currently in Primary to Grade 2 RAD Ballet or equivalent. Includes 15+ hours of training over five days.
