Intermediate Foundation

This class is for the serious student. Students will be placed in this class by the discretion of the dance educator. Students must attend one or two Intermediate Foundation ballet classes (see below) plus one pre-pointe/pointe class per week. Dancers at this level will be working towards an RAD Vocational Ballet exam. Dancers at this level will perform at two local competitions, one out-of-province competition as well as our year-end recital in June at the Conexus Arts Centre.

• White Mondor or Capezio Male Bodysuit
• Black Dancer’s Belt for Males
• White Socks
• Black Tights (Mondor or Capezio)

Shoes (Purchase from Dance Store)

• White Split-Sole Ballet Slippers (Bloch or Capezio)

Hair

• Pulled off the face

Intermediate

For the serious student and on the completion of Intermediate Foundation.
